As a top performing Principal Consultant for PwC, Howard led organization, process, and operational finance improvement efforts for Fortune 100 companies. Notable among his accomplishments are designing and implementing the lowest cost organization to optimize process and technology improvement at General Electric. He spearheaded the enterprise-wide organization change at Pratt & Whitney and Genuity for what were the single largest PwC implementations of SAP and Siebel in the country. He put solutions in place and helped set priorities for combining financial systems, processes and organizations to merge Price Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand.
Today, Howard gets results and makes a difference for entrepreneurial and mid-sized companies as well. He founded and leads the consulting firm HOW Management, LLC. Among their clients are The Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, National Leisure Group and Akamai Technologies.
Howard Perlstein earned a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He is certified in the General Electric Six Sigma total quality methodology and is trained and experienced in multiple problem-solving methods.
